Our super king guest suite ‘Oystercatcher’ has a wonderful river and sea view which you can enjoy from the comfort of bed, or sitting out on your south-facing patio.
Enjoy a good night’s sleep in the super king size bed with its Hypnos mattress and White Company linen, and wake up to that view. On a sunny day open your bi-fold doors and feel the warmth flooding in.
The en suite bathroom was completely refurbished in 2024 to include an extra large walk-in shower, and beautiful Burlington Bathrooms vanity and sanitary ware (photos to come). We have Cornish Land & Water toiletries, and fluffy white towels.
Bask in the sunshine on your own private patio. The perfect place to read a book, paint the view, or watch the world sail by on the water.
Amenities: Wifi, Freeview television, DAB radio, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, picnic blanket, beach towels. Tea and coffee (Nespresso) making facilities plus small fridge.
Access: Hir Kemmyns is an upside-down house, so the guest suite is on the ground floor with doors leading directly onto the patio (1 step down). You have your own private entrance, so you can come and go as you wish.
Breakfast is served upstairs in our first floor sea view dining room.
